Automating Collection Agency Reports

You can use the Collection Agency Settings table to automate the process of creating and sending of Collection Agency Reports. Reports are sent to the collection agency you have specified in the Collection Agency Settings table.

To automate Collection Agency Reports, perform the following steps:

  1. Select Admin | Parameters | Circulation | Collection Agency Settings to access the Collection Agency Settings table.
  2. To enable automatic New Submissions Reports, set the Auto New Submission element to "yes". Automatic New Submissions Reports are created and sent once a week; the default is Sunday, but you can request that Innovative set this report to run on a different day.
  3. Specify the days on which you want the system to send Updated Patrons Reports in the Auto Update Submission element.
