Create BOOLEAN lists: scope during range

If your library's database is scoped, this option enables you to set the Create Lists function to do one of the following when the user's login has an assigned scope:

• Retrieve all records in the database, regardless of their scope.
• Restrict the retrieved records to those within the current login's scope.
• Offer a checkbox enabling the user to select a scoped or non-scoped results set.
