PRINT command prints Full Record or Screen only

There are two options available for printing when performing searches: SCREEN or FULL REC. If SCREEN is selected, the system prints the portion of a record which is visible on the screen when the record is printed. Selecting FULL REC causes the system to print the entire record. This option controls the printing of records for staff searches as well as public searches. (Note that the full record is always printed if PRINT is selected when editing a record.)
