Check Patron Blocks when viewing a resource

When this option is set to "YES", Web Access Management on the INN-Reach Central server blocks a patron's access to licensed resources on the INN-Reach Central catalog if the patron is blocked by Web Access Management from accessing licensed resources on the Local catalog.

When this option is set to "NO", valid patrons can access licensed resources on the INN-Reach Central server, even if the patron is blocked from accessing licensed resources on the Local catalog. By default, this option is set to "NO".
