Number of seconds for which password is valid

For a period of time specified by the library, Sierra "remembers" the credentials an operator enters when selecting a password protected function or submenu. During this time period, Sierra does not require the operator to re-enter the credentials when entering other password protected menus and functions.

Select the Number of seconds for which password is valid option to specify the length of time the system should remember an operator's credentials. The time is entered in seconds. The value entered can range from 0 to 7200 seconds (enter '0' to turn this feature off).
