Create BOOLEAN lists: password review files

Use this option to determine whether review files are password protected. If you set this option to "NO", Sierra allows any user to modify or delete any review file. If you set this option to "YES", the system allows only users who have permission 186 (Review file list administrator) to modify or delete review files that they do not own. Users granted this permission are called List Administrators.
