Create BOOLEAN lists: show braced form of diacritics

Use this option to determine how diacritics are displayed or exported from the Create LISTS of Records option. If you set this option to "NO", the system displays diacritics in the standard, public mode. If you set this option to "YES" or the option displays a Call INNOV message, the system displays diacritics in their braced form.
