Notices: Repeated bills

This option controls how many follow-up bills Sierra sends to patrons who haven't paid the initial bill, as well as the interval between bills. This functionality is part of the Repeated Bills feature, which sends follow-up bills through the Notices function.

This option has the following values:

Number (of bills)

The number of times your library can re-bill patrons after sending the initial bill. For example, if you want to send two follow-up bills to patrons who haven't paid the initial bill, set this value to "2".

The default value is "0". When set to this value, the Repeated Bills feature is disabled, and the Repeated Bills notice type does not appear in the Notices function.

Interval (in days)

The number of days before you can re-bill a patron. The default value is "7".
