Notices: Generate separate notice if text changes?

Use this option to choose whether the system should print multiple notices for a patron for whom more than one "level" of overdue notices is required (e.g., 1st notice for one item and 2nd notice for another); the alternative is that all levels should be combined onto one notice.

When several levels are combined in a single notice, only the 1st notice text can be printed.

Your choices are: "SEPARATE NOTICES" or "SAME NOTICE".
