Check-out: Authorization required to view MORE of patron record

The library may separately password the ability to view patron information tabs and messages when viewing the patron record via the Circulation Desk function. This option affects your ability to view patron information tabs at multiple points during the circulation process (for example, during checkout, when manually adding fines, when claiming an item returned or marking an item lost, when modifying holds, etc.).

If this option is set to "YES", users must be assigned permission 94 (View patron record in check-out) to view patron information tabs and messages during checkout.

If this option is set to "NO", any user can view patron information tabs and messages during checkout.
