Heading Report: Blind references include subdivisions

Use this option to control the inclusion of subdivisions in the Blind References headings report.

"YES"	The Headings report includes blind references where there is no exact match on the authority record's MARC 1xx field or where there is a match on the root heading plus additional subfields indexed. (Default behavior.)
"NO"	The Headings report applies a filter to exclude as blind references records for which there is a match on the root heading plus additional subfields indexed. Authority records with no exact match on the root heading remain included.
