Automatic Authority Control for local subject headings

Set this option to "YES" to enable Automatic Authority Control Processing for local subject headings. With this option enabled, when the MARC field to update is a 650 subject heading field that matches a 4XX field in the authority record, the system compares the second indicator of the 650 field to the authority record's 008 field, position 11. If the 650 field second indicator is '4' and the authority record 008 field position 11 is 'n', the system replaces the 650 field contents with the heading from the authority record's 1XX field.
