Publish an email

After you create an email campaign, you can publish the email.

Before you can publish an email, you must define the library’s sender email address.

To publish an email

  1. On the Marketing page, select Draft.
  2. Find the draft email that you want to publish, and select Options The Options icon..
  3. Select Edit.
  4. On the Email Overview page, select a person or entity from the From (Name & Email) list.
  5. (Optional) Select a person or entity from the Reply To list.
  6. If you want to change the segment that appears in the Send to Segment box, enter the name of the segment that you want to send the email to.
  7. In the Send Time section, do one of the following:
  8. If you want to Do this
    Send the email now
    1. Select Immediate.
    2. Select Publish Email.
    Schedule the email
    1. Select Schedule
    2. Select the date and time that you want to send the email.
    3. Select Schedule Email.

  9. On the confirmation window, do one of the following:
    • If you selected Immediate, then select Agree & Publish.
    • If you selected Schedule Email, then select Schedule Email.
