View a person’s account

You can view a person’s account to see the email address, assigned tags, and history.

To view a person’s account

  1. On the Audience page, select the People tab.
  2. Enter one of the following in the Search box.
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Barcode

    As you type, the system searches for people who match the search criteria.

  3. To see the account details, select the person’s name from the search results.
