Manually add tags to people's accounts

You can add tags to people you previously imported.

Add tags to create groups of people who share similar interests. This helps you target an appropriate audience when you communicate news and events.

To manually add tags to people's accounts

  1. On the Audience page, select View Import History in the upper-right section of the page.
  2. Enter all or part of the file name in the Search box.
  3. As you type, the system searches for CSV files that match the search criteria.

  1. Select an import from the search results.
  2. Do one or both of the following:
    • Type to search for an existing tag or to create a new tag, and then press Enter to select it.
    • Select from the list of popular tags.
  1. Select Save.
