Send a reset password link

If you are assigned the Super Admin role, you can send a reset password link to users who forgot their passwords. The link expires five minutes after you send it. Users can also reset their own passwords.

To send a reset password link

  1. Select the down arrow next to your name in the upper-right section of the page.
  2. Select Library Settings.
  3. Select the Users tab.
  4. Select Options Options icon. for the user that you want to send a password reset link to.
  5. Select Send password reset link.
