Set Patron Registration Fees

To specify which patron codes should be charged a registration fee:

1. In the Administration Explorer tree view, open the Parameters folder for the organization, and select the Patron Services tabbed page in the details view.
2. Double-click Registration fee options to display the Registration Fee Options dialog box.

The dialog box lists the patron codes that have been selected for use at this organization (see Defining Patron Codes). The default setting for each patron code is $0.00 (no charge).

3. Select the patron code for which you want to set a fee.
4. Click the charge for the selected patron code and type the new amount in the format shown in the dialog box. You can set a separate fee for each patron code you select.
5. Click OK.
