INN-Reach verifies that the Polaris patron can request the item

When a Polaris patron submits a request for a title in the INN-Reach Central catalog, an INN-Reach API verify patron message is sent to the Polaris system to indicate whether the patron authentication as successful. If the authentication is successful, an "OK" status is sent, but the request might still fail for library-defined reasons. If the process fails, the patron sees a message that indicates the reason it failed. The table summarizes authentication and request failures.
