Checking the Status of the Polaris API Consumer Service

To check the status of the Polaris API consumer service for an integrated eContent vendor:

1. Go to the server where the service is running.
2. Select Start > Administrative Tools > Services.

The Services window opens.

3. Select Polaris API Consumer Service and scroll right to see the status of the service. The service status should be restarted.
