Using Online Help

When you select Help from the Polaris Shortcut Bar, the menu lists the following options:

• Polaris Topics - Look up any topic in Polaris. See Using topic-level Help in the staff client.
• Search for Help on... - Search for a term anywhere in Polaris Help.
• Shortcut Bar Help - Information regarding the Polaris Shortcut Bar. See Using the Polaris Shortcut Bar.
• Library Documentation - Access the library documentation if your library provides its own documentation for Polaris.
• Obtaining Technical Support - Opens the login page for the Innovative Customer Supportal.
• About Polaris - Information about the Polaris version and build. Provides a link to a list of Polaris licenses. See View Polaris Licenses Available to Your Library.
