Add a No-Call Date
Entries in the Dates Not to Call notification table define the specific dates the phone notification server does not call patrons, such as Christmas and New Year’s Day.
To add a no-call date to the table:

These System Administration permissions are required to work with this table: Access administration: Allow, Access tables: Allow, Modify notification dates not to call table: Allow.
Tip:
Notification tables are displayed from the Administration Explorer only, at the system level. You cannot access this table from an organization workform.
- In the Administration Explorer tree view, open the Notification Tables folder for the system, and select Notification Dates Not to Call
The Dates Not to Call table is displayed in the details view.
- Click to display the Insert Notification Dates Not to Call dialog box.
- In the Organization box, select the library for which the date applies.
- Set Date Not to Call using one of the following methods:
- Click the calendar icon to open the calendar control, and select the new date from the calendar.
- Type the date using the same date format shown in the box.
- Click OK on the dialog box.
The Notification Dates Not to Call table appears with the new date. The status bar indicates that the modification is pending.
- Select File | Save to save your changes.
The status bar indicates that the record is saved.
- Modify a table entry - Select the entry and click .
- Delete a table entry - Select the entry and click .
- Set times not to call - See Set Dialing Hours.
