Setting Up Inbound Telephony

Your Polaris system may include the Polaris Phone Attendant for inbound telephony, which allows patrons to call specified telephone lines to hear library and account information, and renew items by telephone. This unit includes information about installing, configuring, and customizing the Polaris Phone Attendant.

Note:
The Polaris Phone Attendant is available by specific contract to your library. If your Polaris installation does not include the Phone Attendant, the features described in this unit are not available.
