Set outreach patron disability selections

To set the options staff can select to note an outreach patron’s disability in the patron’s record:

Note:
This table is optional and can be left empty. If you do not set up the table, no disability-related options are available for selection in the patron record.

  1. In the Administration Explorer tree view, open the Policy Tables folder for the organization, and select Outreach: Disability. The Outreach Disability table is displayed in the details view.

  1. Click btnInsert00522.gif to display the Insert Outreach Disability dialog box.

  1. Select the branch in the Organization Name box.

Note:
If the Outreach Disability policy table is opened at the branch level, only the branch name is displayed in the Organization list.

  1. Type the disability selection in the Description box.
  2. Click OK. The Outreach Disability table is displayed with the new entry. The status bar indicates that the modification is pending.
  3. Select File | Save to save your changes. The status bar indicates that the record is saved.
