Access mobile channel settings

You can create any number of mobile channels for customers that can be used with the details edited accordingly.

To access mobile channel settings

  1. From the menu, select Channels to display a list of channels.

  2. In the Mobile Channels table, select Local History.

    3. The Local History channel properties page opens.

  3. To see the mobile channel settings, select the Mobile Channel Settings tab.
