Delete or Undelete a Weeding Record Set
You can delete or undelete a weeding record set like you can an item record set.
Note:
To delete or undelete a weeding record set, you need the Cataloging record sets: Delete/Undelete permission.
To delete a weeding record set

Open the weeding record in the Weeding Record Set workform.

Select Actions > Delete.
One of the following messages appears, depending on your library's setting for the profile Retain deleted item records:

The weeding record will be marked for deletion. Do you want to continue?

The weeding record will be permanently deleted. Do you want to continue?

Select CONTINUE to delete the weeding record set.
The item is either marked for deletion and retained, or it's permanently deleted from the database, depending on the profile setting.

(Optional) To permanently delete the weeding record set regardless of the profile setting, select Actions > Delete a second time.
To undelete a weeding record set

Open a deleted weeding record set in the Weeding Record Set workform.

Select Actions > Undelete.
Leap updates the weeding record set as follows:

Sets the record status to Final.

Displays the username as the modifier.

Displays the modification date as the undelete date.

Selects the Display in PAC checkbox.

Adds an undeleted row to the item record history.

Logs a weeding record undeleted transaction (9012).
