View and Manage Item Bulk Change Jobs

The Item Bulk Change view of the Background Processing page displays information about pending and completed item bulk change jobs. You can access the Item Bulk Change view if you have the Access item record bulk change: Allow permission enabled in Polaris Administration (staff client).

On the Item Bulk Change view, you can:

• View, save, or print a item bulk change report.
• Delete an item bulk change job from the list.

To access the Item Bulk Change view

1. Select Utilities > Background Processing.

   The Background Processing workform appears.

2. Select Item Bulk Change.

   The Item Bulk Change view appears, displaying a list of item bulk change jobs. The most recent jobs appear at the top of the list.
