Waive Patron Charges

Leap provides the following workflows for waiving patron charges:

• Waive Charges from the Patron Account — Allows staff members with permission to waive fines directly from the patron account.
• Waive Charges with the Waiver Request Workflow — Allows your library to decide which staff members can submit waiver requests, and which staff members can oversee the waiver process by approving or declining a waiver request.
• Bulk Waive Fines — Allows staff members with permission to waive multiple charges in a single bulk waive process.
