Supplier Workform

The Supplier workform displays information about your library's account with a supplier. If your library is part of a consortium using a single Polaris installation, each library creates a supplier record with a separate account number.

You can hover over to see more information about the supplier, including the creator and the creation date.

You can do the following from the Supplier workform:

• Create a Supplier
• Copy Supplier Contact Information
• View or Edit a Supplier
• Delete a Supplier
