Delete a Fiscal Year

You can delete fiscal years in Leap if all of the following conditions are true:

• You have the Fiscal years: Delete permission enabled in Polaris Administration. For more information about fiscal year permissions, search for "Acquisitions Workflow Permissions" in the Polaris staff client help.

• The fiscal year has a status of Open.

• There are no funds attached to the fiscal year.

To delete a fiscal year

1. Find the fiscal year you want to delete, and open it in the Fiscal Year workform.

2. Select ACTIONS > Delete.

   Leap prompts you to confirm the deletion.

3. Select CONTINUE.

   Leap deletes the fiscal year.
